-By commissioning me, you agree to have read and accepted my TOS.
-To commission me please DM me on my social media or contact me via my email address ([email protected]). The client is responsible for providing clear visual references and any other important information necessary for drawing your commission. This may include but is not limited to:Mood boards,Character reference sheets,Other Artwork,Written descriptions,Photos. A design fee may be charged for clients who do not have a clear idea of their commission.
-The digital file will be sent via email or in the social's DMs where the commission started. The client will get a digital HD copy of the commissioned drawing, in HD, PNG/JPG format (or both) on demand, via email or my socials media.
[Payment]
-All payments are made via PayPal invoice in EUR €. Payment has to be made as soon as possible, within 7 DAYS, or else your commission will be canceled.
-Payment may be paid in full before I start on the commission, or you can do it partially -> .The first payment will be 50% of the price after I send the first sketch, and the other 50% before I send the finished work. I'll not allow any refunds after the client received the first sketch and the final product. If I'll not be able to complete the commission after the payment has been made, I will make a full refund.
-Commission requests may be declined if I feel uncomfortable with the Character design, details, etc.
It usually takes me about 1 week to finish a full body drawing, but depending on the complexity it could takes 2-4 weeks at max. Deadlines will be agreed upon at the start of the commission, and any delays will be promptly communicated.Rush orders may add extra fee. Sketches and WIPs will be sent over during the course of the commission.
[Copyright and Crediting]
-The client is responsible of making sure they hold the rights of ownership of their characters. Meaning the client will not use stolen characters or designs to commission me.
-I reserve the right to post my work on social media with credits to the client.
-The client has to credit me and link back to my twitter and instagram as the artist in case the client posts my work publicly.
-The client cannot absolutely use my art for training A.I. or NFTs.
[Commercial Usage]
-Any commissions that do not come with a commercial license are forbidden to be used commercially, meaning the client is not allowed to reproduce and sell my artwork, or use it on websites to advertise yourself for profit.
-A commercial license can be purchased and it's x2 of the original price.
-Even after receiving a commercial license to my artwork, I still retain all rights to my work and am allowed to post it on my social media to advertise mysel and the client still has to credit me for it.
-The client may use the commision for any personal usage.
[Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)]
I retain the right to post any commission I work on on social media, unless the client wishes to pay an NDA 50% fee. Meaning I will refrain from posting anything about the client's commission until after their debut or until the client gives me their ok. The client still needs to credit me for my work even with a NDA license purchased.
[Revisions]
I will fix and revise for free as long as the client's requests are feasable and were made in a timely manner. The usual revision period occurs after I sent out the first sketch to the client for major changes, and after I sent out the finished work for minor changes. The changes may have a fee based on their complexity. If the client finds anything to be revised months after completing the project, I may charge a revision fee. The artist has the discretion to decide what constitutes a major or minor
revision.
